When i said : i am a blogger from Taiwan, our waitress was so kind to ask her manager to give me some time for an interview even she was really busy.
And when we asked for a photo shooting for the chef, he told us this is a team work so he wish to take photo with whole team. Respecting their energy, spirit and profession.

#The meal started with complimentary fresh bread and house churned butter, followed by an amuse bouche of fermented radish

#The waitresses are very friendly and helpful in choosing for the right menu - their enthusiasm for the food served here is contagious, and warranted.

#一開始會先上新鮮自製麵包和海鹽奶油,加上自醃的小農菜頭開胃菜,麵包真的很好吃,可能因為我們太餓了,所以一下子就吃完了,還跟服務生要了第二籃麵包,結果最後吃得太飽了,所以建議大家即使麵包再好吃,還是不要一次吃太多


#服務生非常親切,且英文溝通完全沒問題,且每上一道菜都會一一作簡單的食材和做法介紹
#建議先訂位,我們沒有訂位,但比較幸運的是那天剛好有人取消訂位,所以才有位子,晚餐時段,我們比較早到,但一下子二樓就幾乎全坐滿了
#喜歡看著廚師們準備料理的過程,充滿活力,不停地互相喊聲,非常有默契。整個廚房就像是個運轉中的時鐘,每一環節缺一不可,整個運行是這麼的順暢和規律




#當我跟他們說:我是台灣來的部落客,經理非常親切地在繁忙之中接受了我的訪問,我本來只想請主廚拍張照片,結果他卻說這是 team work,所以他希望可以跟廚房的整個團隊拍照, 所以所有的廚師們全部暫時停下手邊工作,肩搭著間的排成一排讓我拍照,真的是非常親切且專業的團隊。
