格但斯克 - 位於波蘭北部，德國人稱它為但澤Danzig，古代歐洲琥珀之路的起點，有莫特拉瓦河Motława蜿蜒流過，臨波羅的海，是該國北部沿海地區的最大城市和最重要的海港。

格但斯克這座城市在歐洲政治、軍事與外交史上，歷來屬於最受人關注的焦點之一。600多年來，一直是日耳曼和斯拉夫兩大民族之間反覆爭奪的主要焦點。因其優越的地理位置，自古以來便是日耳曼與斯拉夫兩大民族的爭奪焦點，所以引發了無數次的戰爭，也數次被德意志或波蘭王朝佔據。1939年9月1日，納粹德國的軍艦炮擊但澤的波蘭基地，標誌著第二次世界大戰的正式爆發，城市中的波蘭人被關入集中營，直至1945年隨著二次大戰落幕，格但斯克才重新回到波蘭的懷抱。

格但斯克舊市政廳，這有著哥德式高塔的磚造建築物建於1379~1561年，建築物因戰爭和火災被破壞，後來又經修復，現在作為歷史博物館對外開放。

格但斯克還是世界聞名的團結工會的發祥地，這是社會主義國家中第一個真正獨立的政治組織，在1989年東歐社會主義陣營結束共產主義對其統治的過程中扮演了極為重要的角色。

由於波蘭北部盛產琥珀，使得波蘭成為世界琥珀產量最豐富的國家之一，因為格但斯克聚集了許多琥珀加工作坊而變成世界琥珀最大集散地，也因此有了琥珀之都的美譽。

來到舊城區，會看到非常雄偉的聖母瑪麗亞教堂，這座教堂是世界上最大的磚造教堂，也是世界第六大教堂，歷經160年建成，教堂屋頂與窗戶在二次大戰中毀壞，現在看到的教堂是戰後重建的。

索波特，是波蘭北部濱海省的一個海濱城鎮，位於波羅的海南岸，大約有40,000人口。該市和格但斯克、格丁尼亞組成的波蘭三聯市，名列波蘭第四大都會區。

索波特是一個健身和度假勝地，以歐洲最長的木棧橋Molo（515.5米）著稱，在上面可以看見格但斯克灣。該市還以聞名歐洲的索波特國際歌唱節著稱。

格地尼亞是波蘭濱海省的一座重要的港口城市，位於波羅的海格但斯克灣畔。緊鄰格但斯克。波蘭在戰間期為對抗但澤自由市而修建了這座城市。格丁尼亞和相鄰的格但斯克、索波特兩座城市組成了三聯市。

Gdańsk - Poland's principal seaport and the centre of the country's fourth-largest metropolitan area.
Gdańsk is the capital of Gdańsk Pomerania and the largest city of Kashubia. 
In the early-modern age Gdańsk was a royal city of Poland. It was considered the wealthiest and the largest city of Poland, prior to the 18th century rapid growth of Warsaw.
Gdańsk lies at the mouth of the Motława River, connected to the Leniwka. Gdańsk is also an important industrial center. In the late Middle Ages it was an important seaport and shipbuilding town.

In the 1980s it would become the birthplace of the Solidarity movement, which played a major role in bringing an end to Communist rule in Poland.

The city's name is thought to originate from the Gdania River, the original name of the Motława branch on which the city is situated.

The city has some buildings surviving from the time of the Hanseatic League. Most tourist attractions are located along or near Ulica Długa and Długi Targ, a pedestrian thoroughfare surrounded by buildings reconstructed in historical style and flanked at both ends by elaborate city gates. This part of the city is sometimes referred to as the Royal Route, since it was once the former path of processions for visiting Kings of Poland.

Sopot is a seaside resort city in Eastern Pomeraniaon the southern coast of the Baltic Sea in northern Poland

It lies between the larger cities of Gdańsk to the southeast and Gdynia to the northwest. The three cities together make up the metropolitan area of Tri-City.

Sopot is a major health-spa and tourist resort destination. It has the longest wooden pier in Europe, at 515.5 metres, stretching out into the Bay of Gdańsk. The city is also famous for its Sopot International Song Festival, the largest such event in Europe after the Eurovision Song Contest. Among its other attractions is a fountain of bromidespring water, known as the "inhalation mushroom".

Gdynia is a city in the Pomeranian Voivodeship of Polandand a seaport of Gdańsk Bay on the south coast of the Baltic Sea. Located in Kashubia in Eastern Pomerania, Gdynia is part of a conurbation with the spa town of Sopot, the city of Gdańsk and suburban communities, which together form a metropolitan area called the Tricity

The city won numerous awards in relation to safety, infrastructure, quality of life and a rich variety of tourist attractions. In 2013 Gdynia was ranked as Poland's best city to live in and topped the rankings in the overarching category of general quality of life.

Gdynia hosts the Gdynia Film Festival, the main Polish film festival, and was the venue for the International Random Film Festival in 2014.
